Legal basis for participation
Rules of the #YoymiSpa Contest of Cubiertas para Spa, on Thursday 16 August 2018 at 12:30 p.m.
1. Organising company: Cubiertas para Spa (cubiertasparaspa.es) with address at Polígino Industrial San Nicolás, calle 10 nave 47 B, Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville), is organising a competition called “#YoymiSpa” with the aim of building loyalty among its users and publicising the advantages of having a whirlpool bath.
2. Disassociation from Facebook and Instagram: Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it. The user dissociates completely from Facebook or Instagram and is aware that you are providing your information to cubiertasparaspa.com and Facebook or Instagram.
The information you provide will only be used to process the participation of the contestant and to communicate the prize in case you are the winner, being announced on Facebook and Instagram channels at the end of the contest.
3. Scope and duration: The activity will take place throughout Spain. The start date of the competition will be 16 August 2018 and the end date will be 16 September 2018 (at 23.59 h).
4. Requirements to participate: The following may participate in the Promotion:
– Any natural person over 18 years of age who resides in Spanish territory and who has a profile on Facebook or Instagram, in addition to complying with all the requirements demanded in the mechanics of the competition.
Not eligible to participate:
– Under 18 years of age.
If any of the persons excluded from participation is a winner, they will lose their right to obtain the prize won.
5. Mechanics of the competition: To participate in the competition:
– Those aspiring to win the prize must be followers of cubiertasparaspa.com on Facebook and/or Instagram.
– What do you have to do? Users will have to upload a photo to one of the two social networks, on the “Me and my Spa theme”, that is, any photograph or selfie related to the personal experience in their hot tub, jacuzzi or spa.
– Each participant who uploads their photograph must: tag cubiertasparaspa.com (https://www.facebook.com/cubiertas.para.spa/), include the hashtag #YoymiSpa and tag one or more friends so that they are also encouraged to participate. These three requirements must appear in the publication.
– The competition will end on 16 September. You have until 23.59 hours to upload your photo and tag us.
– The minimum number of participants to carry out the draw will be 20 people. If no more than 20 people participate, the draw will be considered void and will not take place, and no prize will be awarded. In this case, the persons who have participated (if any) will not be entitled to any compensation.
– The draw to find out the name of the winners of the competition will be held via the website www.sortea2.com, so that everyone has the same chance of winning.
6. Prizes – General Conditions: A COVER FOR YOUR HYDROMASSAGE BATHROOM, made by cubiertasparaspa.com, up to a maximum of 250×250 cms, will be drawn among all the participants. In no case it will be possible to change the prize (cover) for its economic amount.
7. Communication to the winner: The name of the winner will be published in the social networks Facebook and Instagram. If we do not manage to contact the winner within 7 days from the publication of the prize, he/she will lose the right to enjoy the prize and therefore will not be able to claim it.
*In case of any doubt, problem, question or gap in the interpretation of the rules or that may occur throughout the contest, cubiertaparaspa.com, as the organizing company of the same, reserves the right to resolve and / or dissolve the contest on the spot.
